Abstract

Objective To analyze the drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis( MTB) for 9 type antituberculosis drugs in Nanjing chest Hospital. Methods MTB strains were tested with absolute concentration method for 9 type anti-tuberculosis drugs, including SM,INH,EMB,RFP,PAS,AMK,CPM,LVFX and PSNZ. Results The total ratio of drug resistance for 9 type anti-tuberculosis drugs was 38. 42%( 3847 /10014). The highest resistant rate was RFP( 27. 35%),and the lowest was CPM( 0. 50%). Of 2017 strains multidrug resistant tuberculosis( MDR-TB),the highest resistant rate was SM( 56. 22%),and the lowest was CPM( 1. 69%). There were 3strains of MDR-TB resistant to another 7 type anti-tuberculosis drugs. Conclusion MTB is highly resistant to a variety of antibiotics. Monitoring of resistance to anti-tuberculosis drugs must be strengthened.
