Abstract
The soil sample of rhizosphere and root outside were used as test material,the influence of different light condition on the rhizosphere microorganisms of Trifolum repnes Linn were studied.The results showed that the rhizosphere,root outside bacteria,actinomyces,ammonifying bacteria,aerobic cellulose decomposition microbes,nitrifying bacteria's number and rhizosphere effect increased with increased with the light,fungi,denitrifying bacteria's number and rhizosphere effect was reduced with light increase.The rhizosphere effect of varius group was obvious under different light condition.
