Abstract

The changes of rhizosphere affected by the rhizosphere microbe was studied. With the contribution of root oxygenation, the soil oxidation-reduction potential maintained at the +100mV in rhizosphere, while the non-rhizosphere maintained negative. Therefore, nitrobacteria and nitrosamines in the rhizosphere have more quantities than those in the non-rhizosphere.The result indicate that the reed had positive effect on the rhizosphere microbe and almost all of microbes were more in quantities than in the non-rhizosphere.It also showed that the pH of the rhizosphere is lower than the non-rhizosphere,and the raise of the soil breathe intensity showed the increase of the microbe activities in the rhizosphere.
