Abstract

The Rhizosphere is the microbabitat where plant roots are contacted with soils and the roots and microbes are closely combined and interacted each other in soils. The dynamic state of rhizosphere soils related to enzyme activties and microbes were investigated with three varieties of tea in order to understand the effect of tea growth on rhizosphere bacteria and activities of rhizosphere soil enzyme. The results showed that the roots of three species of tea exert a positive rhizosphere effect on the phosphobacteria and postassibacteria, and negative rhizosphere effect on the Azotobacter. Both the ranks of the number of bacteria and the activities of invertase and urease in the rhizosphere soil were Fuding DabaichaQianmei 809Qianmei 303,but the catalase activity in the rhizosphere of variety was Qianmei 809Fuding DabaichaQianmei 303.The urease and invertase activities in rhizosphere soils were stronger than that out of the rhizosphere soils, but the catalase activity showed a contrary result.
