Discussion on the Perfection of Government Performance Evaluation System in China——study from the viewpoint of administrative culture

It has the vital significance in improving the government performance, enhancing the government's abilities and improving the relationship between the government and citizens.However,there are some problems because of its early stage.From the viewpoint of administrative culture,the worship power,the doctrine of the mean,informal rules and emphasis on the rule of man,are obstacles for us to implement government performance evaluation in China.In order to solve these problems,we should perfect government performance evaluation system.We should create a good atmosphere for government performance evaluation through perfect and rigid system.
