Probe on System and Ways for Nanning Citizens Joining Environmental Protection

Increasingly seriously environmental problems of the world shows that it is not e-nough to depend on markets and government to solve environmental problems totally, but also need changes in people' s morality and life style. It is suggested that integrating function of social powers, co - operation between governmental management and public participation should be stressed and legal provisions should be formulated so that public environmental rights can be protected.
