China's sustained economic growth have brought serious environmental problems.Environmental problems have become an important factor which firstly influence people's life,property safety and social harmonious development,secondly lead to mass environmental incident and political conflict,finally threaten stablity of national political system.This determines leading role of the government which solve the environmental problems.Therefore,the government should make quality standards of the environmental public goods which conform to the common people's appeal,increase investment in environmental science and technology and establish the public environmental rights maintenance and safeguard mechanism to strengthen the management of the environment and make the environment and political development obtain mutual benefit and win-win results.
