Abstract
The case scope of sports arbitration was the arbitrability sport disputes which the sports arbitration institution should accept provided by the law.There are three criteria to define whether the disputes belong to the scope of the arbitration or not.That is,the specificity of sports dispute,the arbitrability of sports dispute and the basis of arbitration for sport.In order to define the scope of jurisdiction along the court,the sport arbitration institution and other agencies,it should correctly handle the nervous relationship between the limited ability of sports arbitration to solve sport disputes and the diversity of the sport disputes,and provide a theoretical basis to the solution of the sports dispute.
