On the Scope of Our Sports Arbitration

Abstract

The sports arbitration is being drawn up in our country,in which the scope defining is the most important issue.Through classifying sports disputes and discussion of several questions about the scope of our sports arbitration and the summary of the common understanding in the scopes of our sports arbitration,the author finally designates the scope of our sports arbitration in a hope to offer certain theoretical support to the construction of our sports arbitration system.
