Abstract

[Objective] To research the efficacy and safety of paroxetine combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of depression comorbiditiesd with anxiety.[Methods] The 84 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into three groups,each group 28 cases.The treatment group was given paroxetine combined with psychotherapy,and the two control groups were only given psychotherapy,or paroxetine.Use the HAMA,HAMD and TESS to observe the results after finish the whole treatment of 8 weeks.[Results] The total effective rate of the psychotherapy group was 53.6%,while that of the paroxetine group was 67.9%,and that of the combination group was 85.7%,The total effective rate of the combination group was superior to that of the psychotherapy group and the paroxetine group(P0.05).In addition,the side effects of combination group was less than those in the other two groups.[Conclusion] Paroxetine combined with psychotherapy is more effective and faster in the treatment of depression comorbiditiesd with anxiety.
