Abstract
Judicial guarantee of human rights, core of human rights protection law, is the key to the realization of civil rights. China's judicial principles, requirements, systems as well as judicial practices have proved the practicality and reliability of its judicial guarantee system, which will only perfect itself with the deepening of social and economic reform and the speeding-up of the rule of law.
