Curative Effect Observation of Dengzhanhuasu on Patients with Vertebral-basilar Artery Insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency who were treated with Dengzhanhuasu injection. Methods 63 subjects were randomly divided into two groups, Dengzhanhuasu injection therapeutic group(n=42) and routine Western medicine control group(n=21). It were observed the clinical effect and vertebral - basilar artery blood of Vm after 28 days for one course of treatment. Results The clinical curative effect and the flow rate of the vertebral - basilar artery blood increased in Dengzhanhuasu injection therapeutic group was better than control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Dengzhanhuasu injection is an effective and safe drug on the treatment vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency.
