Abstract
OBJECTIVE To abserve the treatment of dizziness assessment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency with Xuanyanning tablets. METHODS In the treatment of two groups of patients tanshinone ⅡA sodium intravenous injection was given with 300 mg a day,seven days course of treatment for an interval of 3 days after the 2nd line treatment,60 cases of treatment group at the same timewere given with Xuanyanning tablets,control group 56 cases using betahistine tablets,respectively,was observed after 7 days. RESULTS The total effective rate Xuanyanning group was 92.1%,betahistine the control group was 76.2%,group differences were significant;1 month later hemorrheology was observed.CONCLUSION Treatment of vertigo vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency with Xuanyanning is more effective than betahistine group.
