Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Shanqi nutritional granules. Methods The extraction ratio of whole solids and content of polysaccharide were used as indexes,the optimum condition of the extraction of Shanqi nutritional granules was studied by orthogonal test. Results The optimal extraction condition was as follow:8 times of water,water decoction 1.5 hours for three times. Conclusion The optimized extraction technique is economic and reasonable,which is suitable for industrial production.
