Abstract
Objective To optimize the optimum extraction process for Ningxintong granules. Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process and the content of total flavonoids was chosen as the evaluating index. Results The best extraction technology was A1B2C2,that meant the raw drug materials were extracted twice, 2 h for each time by adding 8 times of 70% alcohol. Conclusion The optimum extraction process condition of Ningxintong granules provides scientific base for large producton.
