Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction conditions for Bazhenyizhi Granules.Method L9(34) orthogonal design method was adopted to optimize the water extraction conditions.The content of the total polysaccharide and extraction rate were used as the detective markers.Result Orthogonal test results showed that the extraction conditions:12 and 10 times water,soaked 0.5 h,extracted 2 h for 2 times.Conclusion The established extraction method is stable and feasible,and could be used for the development of Bazhenyizhi Granules.
