Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:One hundred fifty cases with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps had been undergone endoscopic sinus surgery.Results:The results showed that the cure rate was 90.0% for type Ⅰ,82.3% for type Ⅱ and 64.0% for type Ⅲ.There was significant difference in cure rate among the three types(P0.01).Conclusion:The operation is efficacious and safe in the treatment of nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis.
