Abstract
In the international culture communication,in order to make foreign public really recognize Chinese culture,it is necessary to let them understand China's ideological culture deeply, rather than merely remain in material and artistic culture dimension. Therefore,we must create the international culture communication system which takes ideological culture as the main body, material and artistic culture as the wings.Meanwhile, foreign public's understanding and evaluation of China's national image caused by Chinese culture is ultimately determined by modern Chinese culture. For the reality that modern Chinese culture lacks characteristics and hasn't power to innovate,we must cultivate and communicate modern culture with Chinese characteristics on the basis of the traditional culture.
