On Chinese Traditional Culture and Modern Enterprise Culture

Enterprise culture,as a culture genre,is inevitably influenced by national culture.The paper tries to explore the relationship between modern Chinese enterprise culture and Chinese traditional culture from three aspects: the influence of Chinese traditional culture on modern enterprise culture,the reform of Chinese traditional culture from modern enterprise culture,and the current cultural dismerits and curing methods in Chinese non-government enterprise culture.Furthermore,the paper discusses how to make self-being influence and self-consciousness take-in and how to make Chinese traditional culture play its full role in the construction of Chinese modern enterprise cultures.
