Abstract
Ecological-landscape construction of tourism highway is a completely new topic. Relying on practices of landscape design about Pingshan-Shexian tourism highway in Hebei province, the methods and steps about ecological-landscape construction of tourism highway was put forward. Combined with locally abundant tourism resources and landscape sequence,ecological-landscape construction of Pingshan-Shexian tourism highway was divided into six landscape feature-zones,which made every landscape feature-zone has its own characteristics. According to these characteristics, corresponding design was absorbed in slope protection, tunnel entrance processing, viewing deck setting and application of view borrowing techniques and so on. By doing these, tourism highway can be absorbed into the surrounding natural environment.
