Abstract
Objective:To study the deproteinization by Sevag method and enzyme method of polysaccharide in Sugarcane Residue. Methods:Taking polysaccharide removal rate and polysaccharide content as criteria, deproteinization was treated by Sevag method and enzyme method. Results:After 8 times of deproteinization by Sevag method, polysaccharide removal rate was 77.47%,polysaccharide content was 63.6%.Polysaccharide removal rate was 71.84% by the optimum conditions of enzyme method. Conclusion:The deproteinization by Sevag method got to optimal effect after 8 times. The optimum conditions for enzyme method are as follows:enzyme concentration:2%;temperature:50℃;time:2h.
