Clinical study of sodium ferulate injection on treating renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective: Observation the effect of sodium ferulate treating renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Thirty patients with renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups: observation groups and the control.The former was treated by Sodium Ferulate.Prior and post treatment,determine the levels of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,urinary albumin excretion rate,and blood pressure.Results: Post treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,systolic blood pressure,were significantly lower than before,P0.05;and than control,P0.05 or lower. Conclusions: Sodium Ferulate is effect on treating renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy.
