Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of common bacterialy isolated clinically. Methods Retrospective and prospective study was performed on distribution and drug resistance characteristics of 768 clinical isolates in 2005.Results Gram positive bacteria accounted for 34.2% and Gram negative bacteria 65.8%.Relative isolation rates of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),methicillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus(MRCNS),extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs),producing strains were 26.5%,38.6% and 12.1%,respectively.They resisted to antibiotics to different extent, and many of them showed multiple resistance. Conclusions Bacterialy culture and antimicrobial susceptibility test should be emphasized.
