Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods Clinical data of 31 moderate to sever OHSS patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results OHSS mainly occurred after pro-ovulation treatment. Abdominal distension, nausea, ascites, pleuraleffusion, edema, oliguria, concentrated blood, hypoalbuminemia, and azotemiawere are the major manifestations of OHSS, which could be controlled by intensivecare, supplementation of albuminorplasma, volumeexpansion, andparacentesis. Conclusion OHSS can be cured by intensive care and treatment.
