Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods:Clinical data of 70 OHSS patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:OHSS mainly occurred after pro-ovulation treatment.Abdominal distension,nausea,ascites,edema,oligria,concentrated blood,hypoalbuminemia were the major manifestations of OHSS,which could be controlled by intensive care,supplementation of alburmin or plasma,volume expansion,and paracentesis.Conclusion:Great attention should be paid to prevention OHSS when enhancing ovulation.Intensive care is necessary in the treatment of moderate and severe OHSS.
