Abstract

Drawing lessons from numerous revolutionary failures result from uneducated countrymen,SUN Yat-sun proposes county-based local autonomy policy which forms an important component part of his revolutionary strategy and plays an extremely important role in his revolutionary procedure theory.SUN Yat-sun's ideology on local autonomy targets at autocratic monarchy and theoretically finds channels to China's change from autocratic monarchy to democratic republic.
