Abstract

According to the trends of civil rights development in the world and the social reality in China,Sun Yat-sen vehemently declaimed various maladies of the autocratic monarchy in China.He pointed out the necessity and viability of founding democratic republican politics in China.To a certain extent,this awakened the people's consciousness of democracy and civil rights,and opened a new chapter for the democratic revolution in China.
