Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinical The curative effect of the modified Zishui Qinggan decoction in treating related mood disorders in perimenopausal syndrome. [Methods] The 120 patients with related mood disorders in the perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into control group(60 cases) and treatment group(60 cases). The curative effect was compared 8 weeks after treatment of both groups. [Results] The scores of both depression and anxiety scale between two groups of patients declined after treatment. The scores' decline of the treatment group was obviously more than that in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups(P 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, which was higher than that in the control group of75.00%. When compared between two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). [Conclusion] The modified Zishui Qinggan decoction in treating the related mood disorders in perimenopausal syndrome has good clinical curative effect.
