Abstract
The application and synthetic methods of o-aminophenol were introduced in this paper.o-Aminophenol was prepared by the reductione of o-nitrophenol with hydrazine hydrate as reductant under catalysis of Pd/C.The infections of reaction's temperature,the amount of catalyst agent and reducing agent on the yield of reaction were researched.The optimum conditions for o-aminophenol synthesis were obtained as follows:1.390g o-nitrophenol was reduced by 1.300g hydrazine hydrate(mass fraction of 85%)for 4 h at 75~80℃ by the catalysis of 0.010g Pd/C(mass fraction of 10%)and the solvent of ethanol.The crude product was recrystallized by the 95% ethanol to get 0.95g o-aminophenol with yield of 87.16%.The target compound was characterized by IR、UV、1H NMR and MS.
