The correlative factors and treatment of synechia nasal following endoscopic sinus surgery

Abstract

Objective: To study the correlative factors of synechia nasal following endoscopic sinus surgery.Method: The clinical data of 165 cases with endoscopic sinus surgeries were retrospectively analyzed. Result: The synechia nasal occurred in 28 cases(16.97%).Conclusion: The effect shows that synechia nasal is related to following factors: mechanic of operation, in time follow-up and primary ailment severity in preoperation.
