Abstract

Objective To explore HPV infection and loads on cervical carcinoma and Cervical Intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 1 326cervical cancer sufferers were confirmed by pathological examination from march 2009 to march 2012 and were taken as subjects, including 1 000chronic cervicitis cases, 52CINⅠcases,40CIN cases,142CINⅢcases,92 cervical cancer cases.Results(1)The rate of HRHPV infection was 13.5% in cervicitis,67.9%in CIN,94.5%in Cervical Cancer, each positive rate increased as the degree of cervical lesion increases(P 0.001);(2)The rate of HR-HPV infection was 46.2% in CINⅠ,57.5% in CINⅡ,78.8% in CINⅢ,each positive rate increased as the CIN level increased(P 0.001);(3)The comparison among four groups show that the distribution of HPV quantity was significantly different if HPV-DNA500(P 0.001).Conclusion The viral loads of HPV DNA have a correlation with the grade of Cervial Cancer,HC-Ⅱtest has important significance in CIN and the cervical cancer screening.
