Abstract
Objective To study the protective effect of Naoxinkang-tablet on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and its mechanism. Methods The model of incomplete cerebral ischemia were induced by occluding the middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).The protein expression of ICAM-1 was immunohistochemical method at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after cerebral ischemia. Results Naoxinkang-tablet could obviously improve detected by symptoms of the neurological deficit in cerebral ischemia rats, inhibit the expression of ICAM-1.Conclusion Noxinkang-tablet has protective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in time and dose dependent manners by inhibiting ICAM-1 expression and anti-inflammation.
