Experience of Clinical Teaching of Pharmacy Interns

OBJECTIVE: To explore practice teaching mode of clinical pharmacy interns. METHODS: Through determining practice mode, distributing practice time, selecting practice content, scientific and standardized teaching mode of clinical pharmacy practice for interns was established. RESULTS CONCLUSION: Author believes that clinical practice mode should be established during teaching according to teaching practice. Pharmaceutical knowledge is accounted for one third of the duration of practice and clinical knowledge is accounted for two third. The content of practice should be alternated. At the same time, it is suggested to relevant department reform teaching model of clinical pharmacy, increase educational system of clinical pharmacy and one year of practice. Students can study and practise completely, which contribute to the further practice of pharmacy student and lay a good fundation of furture work.
