Abstract
In order to improve the quality of clinical medicine ( pharmacy direction) students,well grasp the knowledge of the comprehensive clinical medicine and pharmacy,cultivate and increase the actual working ability,the three stages of clinical practices was arranged on clinical medicine (pharmacy direction) students for seven-year medical program.This paper detailed the three stages of clinical practices,including the rotary clinical practice,clinical pharmacy practice and graduation practice,and discusses the design,arrangement,assignment,advisory group,dissertation requirement and others of clinical practice,sets forth some preliminary thoughts on clinical pharmacy,analyses the existing problems and difficulties in the discipline.
