Abstract

Objectives: In order to investigate the factors influencing the quality of clinical medical teaching during the period of mass higher education.Methods: 80 interns were investigated by questionnaire.Results: 55.8% interns consider the quality of clinical medical teaching and practice plan are common.64.9% interns are ready to attend the post-graduate entrance examination.After 7 months clinical practice,71.4% interns mastered the procedure of dressing change and less than 50% of the interns mastered the procedure of the other basic clinical skills.Only 48.1 % of the interns consider the writing case history helpful to their clinical practice study.Conclusion: The data show that the lack of teachers' and interns' enthusiasm and the short of clinical bedside teaching resources are the main factors that impact the quality of clinical medical practice.
