Abstract

The teacher is a historic occupation, which exists from the beginning of education. But teacher' s professional development as a specialty is not long. In recent years, Chinas reform of basic education is in a transition period of curriculum reform, in which the  teacher professional development has become the hot topic in theories of education and scientific practice, the mainstream opinion and the trend of teacher education at home and abroad.
