Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determinating Icariin in Qianlieshule Capsule by HPLC.METHODS:Diamonsil C18column(5μm,4.6×250mm)was used.The mobil phase is Acetonitrile-water(30∶70)with flow rate 1.0mL.min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 270nm.The column temperature was room temperature.RESULTS:The linear range of Icariin was in the range of 0.307~1.536μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.22% and RSD was 1.12%(n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,highly accurate and precise.It can control the quality of Qianlieshule Capsule.
