Abstract
Objective To improve the method for determination of icariin in sanziqiangshen capsule by HPLC.Methods The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water(55∶ 45),the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results The linear range of icariin was from 10.064 to 100.64 mg·L-1(r2=0.999 7).The average recovery rate was 98.23%,and RSD was 1.61%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
