Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of Icariin in Qianliekangshu Capsule by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The determination was conducted by HPLC using a Diamonsil-C 18 column(5μm,4.6mm×150mm) and a mobile phase of Acetonitrile-water (30∶70).The detection wavelengh was 270nm.Results:Good linear relationship between area and amount was noted for 0.496~2.480μg of Icariin,with a correlation coefficient of 0\^9997.The average recovery of Icariin was 97\^20%, RSD was 1\^88%.Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
