Towards a Comprehensive Multiple Quality Evaluation System of Primary and Middle Schools

Constructing a comprehensive quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools can facilitate the scientific evaluation,promote the comprehensive development of students,enrich teacher's concept of evaluation method,provide reasonable evaluation of students,perfect educational evaluation theory system,promote the development of educational practice,reform the examination and evaluation system,and deepen the reform of education. Constructing the comprehensive quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools should be based upon the theory of positivism and hermeneutics. The comprehensive quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools takes quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation as the core. These two kinds of evaluation methods complement each other,and together constitute a pluralistic system of comprehensive quality evaluation method for primary and secondary schools.
