Abstract
The current evaluation system of the vocational education still followed the common educational evaluation system,from the evaluation content to the evaluation way.The disadvantages of this current system are obvious.The vocational schools need developmental evaluation,so as to make qualitative and quantitative evaluation according to the students personal development.The teachers should change their ideas,and establish the database and evaluation system of the student's comprehensive quality development.
