Analysis of the causes and countermeasures into the inefficient operation of the student loan system in our national college

It has been more than ten years since the system of student loan developed,which help the poor student to realize the dream of university.It also promotes the career of college developments.However,the system of student loan has always been in an inefficient operation and can not play the role itself for some reasons.Focusing on the popularization and status of implementation,this paper analyzes the causes of the problem respectively from subject,object,intermediary,mechanism.Then some suggestions are provided to solve the problems in order to seek a new way to develop and prefect the system of student loan in our national college.
