Abstract
[Objective]To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of edaravone on acute cerebral hemorrhage.[Methods]70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group.35 patients in the treatment group were given edaravone in addition to the routine therapy for 14 days and the other 35 patients were treated routinely for 14 days. Before and after 14 days, patients in 2 groups were recorded about neurological function deficit scores and efficacy assessment.[Results]14 days after the termination of the treatment, the neurological functional deficit scores in treatment group were much lower than that in control group(t = 2.75,P﹤0.05);effective rates in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(χ2 = 4.16,P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Edaravone can cure acute cerebral hemorrhage safely and effectively.
