Abstract

The reaction process of the curing system(cyanate ester/epoxy)was studied by DSC and carefully analyzed.Based on the Kissinger method and Ozawa method, the apparent activation energy was 74.00k J/tool and 78.87kJ/mol respectively. The reaction order is 0.95 according to Crane theory.Curing percent is up to 95% at 230℃/60min.
