Abstract
To observe the effect of Shark Hepatic Regenerative Factor( sHRF)on acute chemical liver injury in mice. The lever of ALT and AST in the serum were measured and histopathological slices of livers were examined, after the acute liver injury models had been created by chemical drugs. sHRF can significantly inhibit the abnormal elevation of ALT and AST in the serum caused by CCl 4 ,TAA and D GalN, and obviously relive their histopathological liver injury. It is concluded that sHRF have active effect on acute chemical liver injury in mice.
