The Return and Reform of Education of Primary School Teachers

High quality teacher is the important condition to ensure educated people to accept high grade education.Primary school teachers' training paradigm should be different from that of secondary school teachers and university teachers,which is determined by the physical characteristics,psychological characteristics of primary school students,and the nature of primary school education.At present,the studying status of normal school students majoring in primary education reminds us of the need for returning and reforming the education of primary teachers to establish the concrete train of thought of academic development of primary school teachers' education,then enhance the quality of primary school education.
