Abstract

The school-based course developing of primary and secondary school teachers'continuing education is the need meeting the reform and development of education,and it benefits the teachers in vocation development and the development of school-based training. The procedure to develop school-based course of primary and secondary school teachers'continuing education is to analyze the condition of school and fix need of primary and secondary school teachers; to determine the course goal;to choose training form and evaluation method with the direction on the basis of compiling School-basedCourseDesign.Atthesametime,weshouldhavesomecertainassuringmeasurestoguaranteethecourses go on well.
