Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with massage in treating aphonia.Methods 60 cases of aphonia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 30 patients each.The treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture combined with massage method,the control group treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Resultsafter 5 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the control group was 85%,the differences of the total efficiency between two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with massage is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine therapy.
