Specialization: A Trend of College Counselors’ Professional Construction

Abstract

It is inevitable for college counselors to become specialized for their profession by the demand of the professional request of the modern society,the need of educational reform and college students characteristics and so on.Under such condition it is necessary to study the basic concept of specialization of college counselors,to make clear the standards,professional position,management mode,guarantee mechanism,training system and so on in order to instruct the specialization of college counselors in our country theoretically in order to fasten the construction.
