Clinical Effects of “Erding Erxian Decoction” in Treating Chronic Urinary Tract Infection and Its Immune Regulation Function

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Erding Erxian Decoction in treating chronic urinary tract infection and its immune regulation function.Methods:Ninety-nine female patients with chronic urinary tract infection of kidney-essence deficiency and unclearness of residual evil type were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group,antibiotic group and group,with thirty-three cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated by Erding Erxian Decoction,the antibiotic group was treated by single-dose antibiotic for long-term bacteriostasis,and the group was treated by Ningmitai Capsule,with a course of 12 weeks.The clinical effects,main clinical symptoms and the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM were observed.Results:①After treatment,the total effective rates of traditional Chinese medicine group,antibiotic group and group were 93.55%,68.96% and 58.62% respectively,and the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than those of antibiotic group and group(P0.05).②After treatment,the total clinical symptom scores and the deficiency-syndrome symptom scores in traditional Chinese medicine group were markedly decreased(P0.05),and the total scores and deficiency-syndrome symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of antibiotic group and group(P0.05).③After treatment,the level of IgG in traditional Chinese medicine group and antibiotic group was obviously increased(P0.05),and the level of IgG of traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of antibiotic group and group(P0.05).Conclusion:Erding Erxian Decoction has good effects on female patients with chronic urinary tract infection of kidney-essence deficiency and unclearness of residual evil type,and it also has some immune regulation function.
